However, if your chronic pain is driven by systemic inflammation, autoimmune issues, or other root causes, you may benefit more from Integrative Care first, followed by physiotherapy as needed. -

Yes. Initial consultations and all follow-ups can be conducted online via video call.
The only exception: If physiotherapy or hands-on assessment is needed, we may recommend occasional in-clinic visits. -
